Massage Therapy Services

  • Full Body Swedish- a classic relaxation massage that allows your body to heal from pain, tension, and stress.

  • Deep Tissue- massage that uses deep pressure techniques to work on specific areas of the body that need a full release from pain, tension, and stress.

  • Lymphatic Drainage- a light-touch technique that allows the lymph nodes throughout your body to release, drain, and rid your body of toxins. This technique encourages circulation, decreasing swelling, and boosts the immune system.

  • Prenatal Massage- massage using safe techniques for the mommy-to-be. Positioning is used with pillows and a slightly inclined massage table to help women lay on their side in a comfortable manner while the therapist helps decrease the aches and pains of pregnancy, increase relaxation, and help promote a more restful night sleep.

  • Trigger Point Therapy- a soft tissue therapy used to effectively release the “knots” in your muscles.

  • Myofascial Release- a gentle, constant massage that helps release pain and tension throughout the myofascial tissues of the body. This technique is particularly beneficial for patients who experience chronic pain.

  • Sports Massage- a fast-paced massage technique used to optimize athletic performance before, during and after training.

  • Hot Stone- massage therapy using warmed stones at a comfortable temperature to release tension and increase relaxation.

  • Aromatherapy- an essential oil scent of choice that helps to promote relaxation during massage.

  • Cupping- silicone cups used to create negative pressure over affected areas of the body to draw tension up and out of the body while increasing blood flow.

  • Hydro Therapy- wet towels warmed to a comfortable temperature and placed over areas of the body to release tension and increase relaxation.

Safe Environment. Professional Care. Effective Results.

Massage therapy is the perfect companion therapy to chiropractic care. The two therapies work together beautifully to promote optimal healing for your whole body.

  • We offer massage therapy for patients involved in car accidents. If you have an open claim, and have personal injury protection on your policy, we can bill your massage therapy to your car insurance. If you were involved in a 3rd party accident, we will hold the bill as long as you are working with a personal injury attorney and we have a letter of protection on file.

  • If you have a claim open through WA state Labor and Industries, or through your employer’s self-insured worker’s compensation company, you can receive massage therapy with a referral from your attending provider.

  • You can receive massage services at our office whether you have a medical necessity or are desiring preventative or relaxation care. We do not bill personal health insurance for massage services. You are always welcome to use HSA/FSA cards and we also accept debit, credit, check, and gift cards. We offer time of service options along with our popular wellness packages.

Answers to FAQs:

  • Please arrive early to each massage appointment. Our goal is to provide you with your full scheduled therapy time.

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least one day before your appointment so we can give that time slot to another patient. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and do not communicate with us, you will be charged a $45 no show fee.

  • We don’t charge extra for different modalities. No matter what type of massage you would like, it is the same price. You only pay for your desired length of time (30, 60, or 90 minutes).

  • If you would like to receive massage therapy and chiropractic care on the same day, that is totally fine! People often ask if it is better to receive massage before or after their chiro visit. It is absolutely your personal preference! We recommend you try both ways and see what works best for your body!

  • If you would like a hot stone massage, please inform us in advance of the appointment (the day before) so we can have the stones appropriately warmed for you in time for your massage.

  • Dress down to your comfort level. Massage therapists achieve the best results with skin to skin contact during a therapy session, but you are always allowed to choose your comfort level for dressing down.

  • Tips for our massage therapists are never required, but always appreciated! 100% of the tips go to our massage therapists.

  • Minors are allowed to receive massage therapy as long as they are accompanied by an adult parent or guardian during the massage.
